Over 70 years ago, Adi Dassler designed the first iteration of the Samba which marked the start of a long and illustrious history for the shoe which has evolved year after year into what it is today. Originating on the football pitch, the Samba’s sleek and timeless look paired with a highly durable construction resulted in wider interest from all walks of life, leaving the football pitch and entering the skatepark and subsequently the mainstream. A smooth full-grain leather upper is paired with a gritty suede T-toe overlay for the perfect contrast in texture. Serrated 3-Stripe branding slices down both sides with a gold foiled “Samba” on the lateral side supplying a subtle hit. Running below is a gum rubber cup sole that keeps it classic.
